Cancel up to 48 hours before your tour's start time for a full refund — no questions, no fees. For multi-day tours that include domestic flights, the free cancellation window is 7 days before departure.
Inside the free window we refund everything except costs already committed on your behalf (flight tickets, hotel deposits), which we itemise transparently.
If we cancel — for weather (e.g. balloon flights), safety or force majeure — you choose between a full refund and a free rebooking.
